Please note that in some cases it is possible that an item purchased is out of stock, in which case we will contact you immediately by email.

Order Processing and Shipping

All orders placed before 2:00pm EST from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), will be shipped that same day. Packages are shipped by Canada Post as an expedited parcel and are delivered anywhere in Canada (except PO boxes), to the address provided when the order was placed. Please include apartment or room number when applicable.

You will receive a copy of your bill and a tracking number by email once the order has been processed.

Flat Rate Shipping Fee

A fixed 15.00 CAD shipping fee is applied to all online orders unless there is a free shipping promotion in place at the time of your purchase. 

NO surcharge will be added for larger packages or shipment to remote areas!

Returns and Exchanges

Adaptive Clothing Design understands it can be challenging to order clothing for another individual without them trying it on first. That is why we offer you a full page of Size Charts with tips and guides on how to order the right size. If an item runs small or big, it will be mentioned in the product description. We also encourage you to contact us by email at with any additional questions before placing your order. It is important to understand that the buyer is responsible for all extra fees associated with returns and exchanges of merchandise (see exceptions at the bottom of this section).

We offer a 30-day
return and exchange policy

For ALL returns and exchanges, please EMAIL US at, and include the following details. The return address for your parcel will then be emailed back to you.

  • Your name, phone number, and the item(s) to be returned or exchanged
  • Mention whether you are returning for a refund or for an exchange (in this case, please mention the new size desired)
  • Important: prices sometimes differ for a same item in different sizes. This difference in price is indicated on the product page. If you must exchange an item for a size that will modify the total price of your order, you will automatically be refunded or charged the difference and sent a new copy of your bill for that new order. 

NO refunds will be made in the following cases :

  • The 30-day return period has passed
  • The returned item was worn, washed, modified, or identified
  • The original product tag is missing (items sent out with a missing product tage will be identified on the bill)

If you return a full order, please note that the original 15.00 CAD shipping fee will NOT be refunded

Buyers are responsible for all extra shipping fees associated with returns or exchanges, except for the following cases:

Processing Time

Exchanges : A delay of up to 72h may apply in order for us to process the exchange and send out the new item(s).

Returns : Delays of up to 3 weeks apply in order for us to process returns and refunds.
If you return a full order, please note that the original 15.00 CAD shipping fee will NOT be refunded.
